Dr Henry Heller is a professor of history at the University of Manitoba.  He is the author of The Cold War and the New Imperialism; The Bourgeois Revolution in France and Labour, Science and Technology in France 1500-1620.  He is also a longstanding contributor to and active member of the Canadian Dimension Magazine editorial Collective.
