If you are an hourly Student Academic Worker with a TA or Grader/Marker appointment, you will receive an “I don’t work for free” booklet in the mail with your first appointment.  This booklet should be used to help you keep accurate records.  If you are on a Continued or second appointment, you will receive an email from CUPE 3909 with a link to an I DON’T WORK FOR FREE hours tracking form you can use to keep track of hours.  If you would like another booklet, contact the office and we’ll get one out to you.

CUPE representatives on Local Area Safety and Health Committees should use this CUPE LASH REPS hours form to record and report their hours in order to get paid.
