If you are not receiving emails from CUPE 3909: The University updates your UM email account with the Union every month.  Over the past few years, the University has undergone several email migrations and there is a chance that you have missed one of these migration steps.

If you have never received mail from CUPE 3909 through Canada Post: The University updates your mailing address for the Union every month.  If you move or if the address in the University’s record is incorrect, you must contact your department and Human Resources in order to update with them.  Then, the following month, the Union will receive your corrected contact information.
