Hourly paid Student Academic Workers with a TA, Grader/Marker, Lab Demonstrator, Seminar Leader or Tutor appointment, can use the I DON’T WORK FOR FREE hours tracking form to keep track of hours.  If you would like a booklet, contact the office and we’ll get one out to you.

CUPE representatives on Local Area Safety and Health Committees should use this CUPE LASH REPS hours form to record and report their hours in order to get paid.
